Initial discussions will take place via email where we decide the best date and time to call.
You will be asked to give a brief description of what you wish to discuss and provide photographs of any plants or areas that you need help with.
We will have a face to face zoom chat where you can ‘show me around’ so I can understand how to help. We will discuss any problems you are having and how to tackle them.
Following on from the call you will be provided with a detailed report of our discussion and bullet points of any advice suggested.
